These watercolor paintings by Brent Gibson are the first in a series to be reproduced. Brent’s paintings were widely collected during a period from 1979 to 1987 and highly favored by people.

His paintings depict rural life in western Oklahoma where he was born and raised. Often he painted the scenes that surrounded him and gave him inspiration, from cattle reflections in a water tank, an old farmstead, or a peaceful winter snow scene along a cedar lined creek.

His work is still well known today from his painting period, but also for the magnificent home designs he has created for many clients over the past thirty years, which are based on architectural period homes of English Tudor and French Country design.
